YouTube Partner Program Terms
Together with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Partner Program Policies (each of which may be updated from time to time and included herein by reference), the following YouTube Partner Program Terms " (Terms applicable to your participation in the YouTube Partner Program "). Monetized revenue will pay YouTube as follows:
Advertising revenue. Net revenue recognized by YouTube from series displayed by YouTube or any third party in the YouTube video player displayed on or in view of your content or in conjunction with streaming of your content You will pay 55%. YouTube is not bound to display any ads with your videos and may determine the type and format of ads available on the YouTube service. For clarification, YouTube reserves the right to retain all other revenue generated from the YouTube service, including any revenue related to ads on search results pages.
Income subscription. The percentage of YouTube monthly views or total net income recognized by YouTube from subscription fees that are attributed to the monthly views or watch time of your content as a subset of content viewing or subscribing to the most relevant subscriptions. You will pay a 55% (as set by YouTube) offer. If your content is included and viewed by a user in multiple subscription offerings, you will be recognized by YouTube as the maximum amount of net income recognized by YouTube. Together everyone will pay on the basis of subscription sacrifice.
Payment account required. In order to earn or receive this payment with any revenue, you must have an active AdSense account (or other payment methods as required by YouTube) associated with your YouTube user account (s) at all times. Is. YouTube does not owe you any revenue that may be attached to your Content during any period in which you do not have a valid method of payment.
Payment terms, limits, and taxes. Dismissal. Either party may terminate these Terms for the convenience of others (including through electronic means) with prior written notice 30 days in advance. YouTube suspends or YouTube reasonably determines whether or not you violate these Terms if the suspects (including through electronic means) are immediately notified of your participation in the YouTube Partner Program upon written notice. Can end participation. For clarification, in the event of any termination of these Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service will continue to survive and apply to your use of the YouTube Service.
Law. YouTube's Terms of Service governing law and dispute resolution provisions will also apply to these Terms.
Miscellaneous. The Terms of Use shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms of Service, not Capital, as defined in these Terms. These Terms replace the previous or current agreements between you and YouTube relating to the YouTube Partner Program, including any prior monetization agreements that have an effective date between you and YouTube. Except as modified by these Terms, YouTube's Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. The right to revise YouTube or to revise the Terms of Service (as set forth in the YouTube Terms of Service) will also apply to these Terms.
